What are the additional charges?

In relation to international shipments, most shipments are sent “DAP” meaning the customer/consignee is responsible for any customs duties and taxes when the parcel arrives.

We can arrange to send shipments “DDP” so any charges come back to you in the UK.

What information do I need to provide for personal international shipments?

We can create the shipping invoice for you; we will need the following information from you.

Description of goods, quantity of each item, and the value of each item.

We will also need the weight and dimensions of each parcel packed.

 

Are there any restricted items that I cannot send internationally?

We cannot send any liquid including nail varnish or food items. Hazardous material including lithium batteries.
